15 LAW
The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

Thank you for visiting Tightvac.com. By choosing to shop or visit with Tightvac.com you are accepting the conditions stated below so please read them carefully:

Tightvac accepts product returns ONLY if there is a material defect or if there is damage sustained due to shipping. In order for a full replacement of your product the original damaged product must be returned to Tightvac within 15 days of original shipping date. After 15 days Tightvac cannot accept shipping damage returns. Tightvac cannot be held responsible for return shipping costs. PLEASE inspect your products throughly upon receipt.
• If you receive an order from us that has been damaged during the shipping process, you must file a claim with the freight carrier as soon as possible. Always save the original packing materials for inspection.
• We are very careful when we ship your products to you and do our best to always ship the correct quantity. But in the event that there is a discrepancy, please notify us within 5 business days.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

Tightvac uses the United States postal service for all packages under 2 pounds and for 2 pounds and higher Federal Express ground will be used unless otherwise specified by the customer and agreed upon by a Tightvac representative. For all packages under 1 pound a standard $5.00 (US dollars) shipping & handling charge apply. For packages over 2 pounds the least expensive shipping method will be applied and decided by a Tightvac Representative.
Shipments via United States Postal Service, expect order to be shipped within 1- 3 business days of receipt of order. Shipments via Federal Express,
expect order to be shipped within 1 - 4 days of receipt of order. Actual delivery time may vary depending upon weather conditions and the time of year.

Tightvac does ship worldwide - However the shipping method has to be agreed upon between the customer and a Tightvac representative. Upon agreement between both parties goods will then be shipped.
CANADIAN orders will have a minimum shipping fee of $10.00 (US dollars) unless the order is very small (under 1 pound) and the new shipping price is agreed upon by the customer and a Tightvac representative.
