Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt during regular business hours. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday - will be processed the following Monday. We offer multiple shipping options which the customers can choose when placing their order. When choosing USPS or other delivery options Tightpac America inc cannot guarantee postal delivery times quoted by USPS or other companies.Â
Returns
All UNSATISFIED customers have the right to a full refund within 14 days of receiving the order. All returned products must be in a sealed box mailed to - TIGHTPAC AMERICA INC., 1692 CENTINELA AVE, CA 90302. All refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, as printed on your receipt. Any customer that returns products that are damaged, altered, or missing parts will not receive a refund.
Exchanges
If you have received your order or are the recipient of a gift ordered from our website and for some reasons - it’s not quite right. You can exchange the product. The shipping address is Tightpac America Inc., 1692 Centinela Ave, Inglewood, CA 90302.
Here is important information you must be aware of:
You must return your product(s) new and unused. Please understand that you the customer are responsible for shipping the product back to TPA and then having another product (the exchange) shipped to you. You the customer will incur 2 shipping charges.Â
Exchange for a smaller product
If the item you want to exchange for - is of lesser value – which usually means a smaller product – then we will apply the difference to your shipping cost and in most cases this might cover the new cost of shipping fees. Meaning the cost from TPA back to your shipping address. Every case is different so please be patient - we try our very best - to be as fair as possible.
Exchange for a larger product
If the item you want to exchange for - is of greater value – which usually means a larger product or combination of products – then we will add the difference to your product total and in most cases a fee for shipping will be applied to your purchase. Every case is different so please be patient - we try our very best - to be as fair as possible.
Replacements
Our replacement policy covers defective products only. Please upon receiving your order if you detect a problem, immediately report damaged items to Tightpac America. Replacements are no charge to the customer. Blemishes to packaging will not be considered as part of a damaged item.
Ordering
Choose a product, its quantity and place it in your online shopping cart. .You can edit your shopping cart while shopping. After you place the order, log in, register or purchase without a registration. Choose preferred shipping option and payment method. Complete your order. You will receive an email confirming your order.
Pricing Terms and Payment
All prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. Tightpac.com collects and remits sales tax in all states which have sales tax. Sales tax is based on the location of the shipping address. Payment can be made by Credit card or Paypal.
